- What types of websites do you build?My websites are perfect for service based businesses or small online stores that want to show their products or services off in a unique way
- I will need my website updated from time to time. How do I go about getting changes made?If you are on my monthly hosting and maintenance plan, all you will need to do is email me and I can get your site updated with your new content, images or videos
- Why do you only take on a few projects at a time?By working with a limited number of clients at a time, I'm able to give your project my undivided attention and ensure that no shortcuts are made due to heavy workloads. This greatly improves the quality of the sites I build
- How large can my site be?I base my pricing and timeframes on standard websites that are under 10 pages, however if you require a larger site, I can make this happen but you may incur additional costs. Talk to me about your project and I can suggest a solution that works for you
- What happens if you don't think you're the right fit for us?If I don't think that my service is right for your business, I will suggest another agency that I believe will be. I only take on clients that I know I can help. I'm not interested in wasting anyones time or money
- Can I sell products on my new site?I can embed “Buy Now” buttons that link directly to Shopify (or any other e-commerce platform of your choice) from within your website. You’ll handle the store management and any associated platform fees yourself
- Can I have a booking system on my site?Yes. I can integrate Calendly or similar systems into your site at no extra cost. You’ll be responsible for managing the chosen booking system and for any membership fees that the platform charges
- Can I have videos and images on my site?You sure can. My standard websites have a limit on video file sizes. For video files outside this limit, we can either upgrade your sites storage (at an additional monthly cost) or embed a video you have hosted somewhere else like YouTube or Vimeo to keep costs down
- Can you write all the content for my new site?I can help refine and polish your content. That said, nobody knows your business as well as you do. You can share notes, draft copy, or key ideas, and I will transform them into clear, engaging language that flows and guides your visitors
- Can you take photos for my website?If photography is needed for your site I can work with a photographer in your region to make it all happen. You’ll be responsible for their bill, but I'm more than happy to help you find one that’s suitable for the project and meets your budget
